High quality molding starts from a high quality design. Our design team consists of 12 outstanding designers and some management personnel who have more than 20 years experience in mold design. We are equipped with the most advanced hardwares and design softwares, our design department has the capability to turn your wonderful ideas into the perfect products. We follow the international standards such as DME, HASCO, or the standards the customer specified to ensure each mold could able to run well in any countries or region well. We could do the design drawing according to any format offered by the customers such as DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP, XT, with the professional CAD / CAM / CAE softwares, 

For each mold, we will organize three times meeting by the project engineers, designers, mold makers and technical director to participate to ensure that all relevant personnel can accurately understand the project requirements and design quality. Therefore, each mold we designed is reliably and efficiently and maintenance costs are minimized.
